Team Apparel:
All Players are required to have a Maccabi Hockey Jersey and Socks.
If you are a returning player from 2024/2025, you may wear your Jersey or you have the option to purchase a new jersey and socks.

All Girls Hockey clothing orders are to be picked up (location to be confirmed), delivered at your training, or at the tournament.

Mandatory Waiver
Please note that your application is NOT complete until Maccabi Canada is in receipt of your executed Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Waiver”).
The Waiver will be sent separately via email from Adobe Sign and will need to be completed by the participant or where the participant is a minor, by one parent/legal guardian on behalf of the participant.
In the event that we do not receive your completed Waiver, the participant will not be eligible to participate in the program selected, and all money will be refunded automatically.

* Roster prioritization will be based on those who register ahead of the March 1, 2026 deadline and team skill level appropriate. Players may be provided refunds based on skill level that does not fit for the appropriate team.
